Subcontractors have the exclusive responsibility for their personnel. Subcontractors personnel are not eligible to participate in any employment benefit plans or other benefits available to Postal Fleet Services, Inc. employees. Subcontractors and their personnel do not have authority to bind Postal Fleet Services, Inc. or any of its affiliates to any agreement or obligation.
